Digi-Data On-site Service and Support:

Digi-Data has partnered with Kodak to provide one year of 5x9 Next Day Service and 24 hour phone support included in the price of our systems! 
 
For years two and three you can add  2 more years of 5x9 Next Day  service and/or upgrade to 7x24x4 on site support.     
 
The 5x9 Next day service includes a 24 hour support line. Once a call is placed, if an on site technician is needed one will be sent out no later than the next business day to repair a unit.  The first year is included with all storage solutions sold by Digi-Data with options to add a second and third year of 5x9 Next Day for an additional charge.
 
For customers who have mission critical needs they can take the 7x24x4 on site service option. This option also includes 24 hour phone support and a guarantee that a technician will arrive on site within 4 hours.  A solutions parts kit is included with the price for 7x24x4, insuring all parts are on site at the customer’s location. This option is available for  one, two, or 3 years.

On-Site service programs:

Basic Support Service
The Basic Service program is designed for customer requiring on-site service coverage during normal business hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm on Monday though Friday (holidays excluded) with an average response time of next day of business (9x5xNDB).

Extended Support Service
The Extended Services program provides an average response time of four (4) hours with coverage during normal 9x5 business hours (9x5x4).

Extreme Support Service
For truly mission critical applications, the Extreme Support Service provides complete coverage twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days per week, with an average response time of four (4) hours (24x7x4).

All three on-site service programs include telephone based Help Desk support. On-Site service contracts are available for periods of 1,2 or 3 years.

With the Installation Service your system will be unpacked, rack mounted, cabled, powered up. Ready for integration with your computing environment.
